Processing times vary by product, but most custom orders are completed within 5-7 business days before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Can I see a proof before my item is made?

For select products, proof approval is available. If your item includes proofing, we’ll send a preview before production begins.

Do you accept returns on personalized items?

Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns on personalized products unless there is an error or defect. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
